When considering what to do in Opatija, what does true luxury mean?
What Does Luxury Really Mean — Is It Only About Money?
Nowadays, when we live fast and busy lives, time has become a luxury. When we work all day and search for a moment to relax, a holiday on a boat tour becomes a luxury. When we don’t have time to cook at home and grab something at a restaurant or buy packaged food, a grandma’s dish becomes a luxury.
When we are sick, health is luxury.
Living life to its full capacity has also become a luxury.
If a holiday itself is luxury because of the time it gives us, then one day spent on a luxury boat tour in Opatija is not really a luxury — it is a need. What do you think? There is a real dilemma about how we spend our budget: on many small things we don’t truly need, or on an experience we will carry with us for the rest of our lives?

Think about it — isn’t this luxury?
And when you add peace, time, fresh air, and beautiful scenery… does that ring a bell?
We do not have a luxury boat in the usual plastic yacht sense. Our boat is a 128-year-old traditional Croatian wooden boat “Tornado blue”, built on the island of Krk. What makes it luxurious is space, time, food, and people.
The boat is 15 meters long and 5 meters wide, and it is reserved exclusively for groups of up to 12 guests. There are sunbeds on the upper deck, a large wooden table under a shade, two toilets, a living area, a kitchen, a grill, and even beach towels for our guests.
Lunch is prepared following grandma’s recipes, using genuine local ingredients. Good wine, peace, and a pleasant atmosphere create a kind of luxury that everyone can afford. Luxury must not only be for billionaires
Everyone can enjoy a truly luxurious day at sea.
