For publicly organized excursions, a minimum number of ten (10) participants is required. The maximum number of participants for any excursion is limited to twelve (12) persons. For private excursions or private charter bookings, a lower number of participants may be permitted, subject to prior agreement. For group bookings, the destination, route, and catering services may be individually arranged upon request and subject to availability. The vessel Tornado Blue may also be chartered as a private venue for events including, but not limited to, celebrations, weddings, team-building events, and family gatherings.
Payment is due on board the vessel prior to departure and may be made in cash or by credit card. Cancellations made up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure may be subject to the full charge.
The captain reserves the exclusive right to cancel, postpone, or modify the excursion if weather conditions, sea conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure) are deemed to pose a risk to passenger safety. In such cases, no liability shall arise from the cancellation or modification of the excursion.
All guests and passengers are required to strictly comply with the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Passengers must exercise due care while on board, as surfaces may be wet or slippery. Participation in the excursion is entirely at the passenger’s own risk.
The operator accepts no liability for personal injury, accidents, loss, damage, or delay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The operator shall not be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions, passenger behavior, or risks inherent in maritime activities.
By participating in the excursion, passengers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of the operator, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
